Job Description:
Lead a specific Oracle Fusion HCM track and manage functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned HCM track (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.).
- Manage consultants and review deliverables.
- Conduct requirement workshops.
- Coordinate with technical and PM teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality.

Requirements:
- 6+ years Oracle HCM experience.
- Track Lead experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
