QA Test Lead-Project Based

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define, implement, and continuously improve testing processes and QA best practices. 

• Handle resource planning and coordinate with development teams to ensure tasks are properly prioritized and tracked. 

• Oversee web platforms of the system. 

• Coordinate both scripted and exploratory testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage. 

• Track issues, manage test cycles, and coordinate releases using JIRA. 

Required Skills: 

• Strong experience managing QA teams and testing workflows. 

• Experience with mobile (Android/iOS) and web application testing. 

• Familiarity with manual, exploratory, and automation testing environments. 

• Experience using QA and debugging tools such as Postman, Charles, and Firebase. 

• Strong understanding of test planning, defect tracking, and release coordination.
