Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the delivery of high-quality software and business outputs. You will perform code reviews, develop and execute test plans, and collaborate with development and business teams to maintain standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Ensure the quality of deliverables from development and business teams.

Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate with developers and business teams to improve processes and outputs.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA processes.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
