Technical Support Agents

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Agent to join our team and support daily operations within a fast-paced maintenance service environment. 

The ideal candidate will handle customer communications, manage service requests, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via calls and WhatsApp.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support and updates.
• Create, track, and update service requests using Odoo system.
• Maintain accurate records and update shared Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the Helpdesk Manager to update daily operational plans.
• Prepare and submit service completion reports following standard templates.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of AC systems and general maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
